In Realiscon we believe that you can achieve the best results in complex engineering projects if the project officer participates already in the initial phase of the design to synchronise the work of each field. This way he can better coordinate between the client, the architect, the engineers, the BIM engineers, the authorities and the public utility companies. So, by the end of the design phase, we will have sufficient information for efficient cost planning and we can easily meet the requirements of LEED and BREEAM certifications.
We continue to support and monitor the work of the engineering team, we observe deadlines and have discussions with the authorities, utility companies and investors – so we manage and control the tasks according to the needs of our client keeping the entire process together.
