In our project management assignments, we gained experience in the management of hotel, hostel, industrial facility, logistic park, office building, residential building, education and health institution projects.
When we start working with a client, we always accurately understand their goals, the project brief and, based on these goals, we develop the project scope statement and the project management plan of the real estate development, describing the working process and the system of cooperation.
The proper scope definition and the hierarchical decomposition of these scopes help the project team to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables.
The time estimate and the cost estimate are integral part of the project management plan and with quality and ESG related developer needs, risk identification and risk analysis it creates a solid based of the project realisation.
Based on the project characteristics we propose to the developer the proper purchase and acquisition strategy as part of the project procurement plan; either in case of construction of the building shell and core, fit-out or FF&E.
