The listed property built in the 1920s was bought by the Hungarian National Bank in 2016 and the conversion started in 2018. The challenge of the project is to guarantee compliance with increased security regulations along with multiple functions.
Our tasks in the project included the management of the preparation of working drawings, the permitting process of the passageway, the quality control of the construction works of phase 1 and the management and technical quality control of the intermediate phase.
During our work we prepared the final investment programme and compiled the technical and legal documentation for the remaining phases of the project implementation. In this period the authority permits and tasks related to both the passageway and the building were all completed.
