Technical Quality Control

We continuously use the knowledge we have obtained in our regular assignments as technical quality controllers. We have gained experience in the technical quality control of a number of fields including hotels, residential buildings, educational institutions, offices, industrial facilities or clinics. Our knowledge of the specifications of different fields ensures a comprehensive insight and increased efficiency.

In technical quality control, we use the software PlanGrid that ensures continuous online monitoring from anywhere and an inaccurate and transparent documentation of the project.

Note that, pursuant to the government decree on construction contracting activities, it is mandatory to delegate a person responsible for technical quality control to each and every construction activity in Hungary where it is necessary to keep an e-logbook of the construction, if it is mandatory to conduct a public procurement procedure, if the building involved is listed, or if a collateral manager participates in the process.
